FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our construction machines

Straight answers about our machines, quotations, payment, delivery and after-sales support for construction companies.

What does Wayne-Web sell?

Wayne-Web is a construction machinery import/export distributor based in Toulouse, France. It supplies new mini excavators, LPG forklifts, articulated loaders, telehandlers and self-loading concrete mixers to construction companies, sourced directly from manufacturers such as RIPPA, GLPD, LANDWARD and NICOSAIL.

Which countries does Wayne-Web deliver to?

Wayne-Web is based in France and delivers in France and internationally, including West Africa, Spain and Portugal. Transport is organised from the manufacturer to your job site, and the delivery destination and terms are confirmed in your quotation.

Why are prices not shown on the website?

Every project is different: configuration, quantity, attachments and delivery destination all change the final cost. Wayne-Web therefore publishes no prices online and prepares a personalised quotation for each request, free of charge and without commitment.

How do I request a quote?

Add one or several machines to your quote from the catalogue, choose any quantity (with quick presets of 1, 5, 10 or 50), then send the form with your company details and delivery country. You can also email contact@flux-wayne.com or call +33 7 65 82 10 78.

Is a quote request binding?

No. A quote request is neither an order nor a stock reservation. An order only exists once you accept the quotation, which sets out the configuration, payment, delivery and inspection.

How does payment work?

Payment is split in two: 30% on order and 70% after inspection of the machine on arrival. The exact terms are written in your accepted quotation.

Is the machine inspected before I pay the balance?

Yes. Inspection is included at the port of arrival and at destination, and the 70% balance is due only after that inspection.

What happens if a machine has a technical defect?

Technical defects are repaired at Wayne-Web’s expense. If a fault cannot be repaired, the order is cancelled and all sums paid are refunded.

Can I return a machine that does not suit my use?

Yes, by agreement. For a return due to preference or suitability of use, Wayne-Web covers the return transport, keeps the 30% deposit and refunds the 70% balance if it has already been paid.

Does Wayne-Web sell to private individuals?

No. Wayne-Web works only with businesses (B2B): construction companies, contractors, equipment fleets and distributors. Quote requests are made on behalf of a company.

Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?

Yes. You get a dedicated point of contact for technical questions, spare parts and equipment follow-up, before and after delivery, wherever your job site is.

How can I contact Wayne-Web?

By email at contact@flux-wayne.com or by phone at +33 7 65 82 10 78. Wayne-web SAS (SIRET 108 884 032 00013) is located at 3 allée du Dr Lejzer Ludwik, 31100 Toulouse, France.

When does a construction company need a mini excavator?

For trenching or renovation with restricted access, compare the machine’s transport width with the narrowest opening and check the digging depth required.

Choosing a forklift for a construction supply yard

For handling pallets of building materials, check the load centre and the mast clearance before choosing an LPG forklift.

What an articulated loader replaces on a job site

For moving bulk materials on a building site or farm, compare bucket volume with the material density and check the permissible load for the configuration.

Telehandlers for multi-storey and constrained-access builds

For placing loads on site or handling materials on a farm, check the capacity at the required height and reach in the load chart.

Self-loading mixers for sites far from a batching plant

For concrete pours on site, compare the usable volume per batch with the volume to pour and plan the water supply.
