Draft B2B terms to finalise before publication. The accepted quote sets out contractual commitments.

30 % bei Bestellung. 70 % nach Prüfung bei Ankunft.

Zahlung, Lieferung, Inspektion und endgültige Ausstattung stehen im angenommenen Angebot.

Delivery and inspection

Delivery and inspection follow the quote. Final inspection takes place at the customer’s location, by a technician or by the customer, as agreed.

Availability and technical defects

The deposit is refunded if the machine cannot be delivered.

Technical defects are repaired at Wayne-Web’s expense.

If a technical fault cannot be repaired, the order is cancelled and all sums paid are refunded.

Returns by preference

For an agreed return due to preference or suitability of use, Wayne-Web covers the return transport, retains the 30% deposit and refunds the 70% balance if already paid.

Reporting deadlines, return authorisation, return condition and refund timeframes will be defined contractually.
